Always great working with Karen!

I have known the Reynolds Family Law team for several years. Karen is knowledgeable and responsive, and  I frequently recommend her to family and friends.

I started my divorce proceedings with Karen as my attorney and recently switched to a new attorney. The difference is pretty astounding. I am able to reach my attorney now at any time. Karen was not available during business hours, whether by phone or email. She only had time to call me at 7pm at night like every two weeks. There would be long periods of radio silence. If I called her out on that, she sure didn’t like that. No mutual respect for my time. She had no secure messaging portal - everything, including important documents, was just communicated over regular email. She wasn’t creative nor calculating. While my current attorney proactively created a spreadsheet of marital assets and is negotiating from there, Karen just flew by the seat of her pants. I called her out on it, saying she hadn’t won me anything that hadn’t been offered in the first place. She really didn’t like that and called me rude and dumped me as a client, instead of taking responsibility. So glad I got dumped!

Karen and her team are wonderful. They are incredibly knowledgeable of family law matters and I highly recommend.
