I've had the pleasure of knowing Karen for over 15 years and when a family member needed to hire representation, I sent her straight to Karen. I highly recommend Reynolds Family Law!

I am posting the following review on behalf of a family friend: Reynolds Family Law was recommended to me when I was looking for expertise on personal matters. I engaged the firm to consult on my divorce agreement, and then again a few years later for guidance on revising the custody agreement. Over the last five years, Karen, Rich, and the entire team at Reynolds Family Law have been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Karen is an exceptional lawyer and advocate - both behind the scenes and in the courtroom. Her dedication and thoroughness ensured that we were always prepared, which was truly appreciated. I have the utmost confidence in Karen and would highly recommend the firm to anyone seeking counsel on family law matters.

The worst attorney. She took my retainer and never contacted me about court dates I needed to be at. Her excuse was she had back pain and was on medication. She only gave me half my money back. Something is wrong with her

Karen represented me through a difficult divorce .I must say She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable . There were no surprises . She was always efficient and well prepared . Her follow up was immediate and she didn't overlook any details . She made me feel protected through this challenging process and most important I also found her very easy to relate to . She is simply the best around .

I can’t say enough about Karen’s professionalism and expertise at guiding me through all of the necessary steps for my divorce. She was thorough and very responsive to every need. I am thrilled I hired her and would not hesitate to use her if the need ever arises in the future.

I spoke to Rich who talked in circles with half truths. I sent a request for detailed billing he did not respond. The following is from my daughter who hired Karen to represent her in her divorce. I fired her! She represented me for almost a year and we got nowhere. Me and my ex worked out a custody and child support within a few months of separation. Other than that for a year Karen Reynolds did almost nothing. My ex had been in violation of the support for 6 months and she did nothing. Just as other reviews say, Karen would not return phone calls or emails. I have found gross discrepancies in the billing. I paid her over $8,000.00 and divorce papers were never even drawn up. I fired her and hired a new attorney. Of course the other side does drag but Reynolds did nothing to move it forward. Her and her husband were on me for more money every single month. She is a nightmare, do not hire her, you will be very sorry. I waisted almost a whole year with no results. I am now filing a complaint with the Bar Association and I will request a partial return of monies paid.

Karen is a phenomenal attorney. But be aware with the financial aspect, KEEP TRACK OF ALL CHARGES. Ask for a detailed summary of your retainer fees; demand one at the end of every email, every phone call; between yourself and the lawyer, and between your lawyer and the opposing party. It’s sad to say because Karen really is a good person, but be weary of rich.

I can only express my heartfelt gratitude to Karen for being passionate about our custody case. She was thorough and very complete. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Rich but spoke to him on the phone. The Reynolds run a good practice. They are not the cheapest law firm out there but I found their competency worth it. Karen is also very warm and approachable especially since she handles very complicated matters of the heart when it comes to family law.

Karen and Rich have greatly helped my loved ones through a painful and and challenging time. Kind, professional, curteous and knowledgeable through delicate matters and tough decisions.
