We were extremely grateful for the services of the Slutsky Elder Law team. We heard about the practice in a presentation at Penn Med that Rob delivered via Zoom. The presentation was designed for patients and caregivers who were being impacted by incurable neurodegenerative diseases. Rob offered his time and expertise to educate us about the need to deal with Power of Attorney, wills, and the protection of assets as we all maneuvered through the ups and downs of the diseases we were confronting. We contacted Rob and he spoke to us about the issues we needed to consider as we tackled the disease that had suddenly impacted our entire family. He was very patient, extremely thorough, and most compassionate about what we were about to face and our need to be able to deal with the pitfalls. He did not pressure us, in fact , he was most careful not to impose any strong suggestions about what we should do. We heard from the medical team at Penn Med that Rob was highly trustworthy and recommended. We asked him to represent us and have absolutely no regrets, in fact, we are grateful. Rob and his team have patiently guided us through the corridors of “legaleeze” that are essential to getting home health care, great medical coverage, protection of assets, establishing wills and Powers of Attorney, these are all vital for us as my wife struggles through an incurable disease that is robbing her of her ability to move, speak, and sometimes think unemotionally. Rob and his team provided the patience and understanding we needed as we were ignorant of the processes required to do all that we needed to undertake.He or a member of his team responded almost immediately when we posed a question, even on weekends or early evenings, the professionalism that the practice exhibited was remarkable and most welcome.
