Rochelle recently completed settling the estate of my late mother. I'm glad I chose her to be my attorney in this matter. Her patience, experience, knowledge and professionalism made things go very smoothly. I found Rochelle to be a good listener at all times and communications between the two of us was excellent. I was always able to count on her to return calls and emails in a timely manner. When special circumstances arose, she went the distance to solve any problems we encountered. For instance, when there was a complication with how my mother's house would be passed down to me and my siblings, Rochelle resolved the issue by drafting a unique "beneficiaries agreement" document for us all to sign that honored both the terms of the will and my family's wishes. In the end, she thoroughly addressed all the legalities of settling the estate, and I was skillfully guided through the steps that I needed to take as the executor. I trust Rochelle completely and it was a pleasure working with her.

Ms. Rabin was excellent and it was a pleasure to speak with her. She did advise me and help me to make a decision to use an attorney for a no-fault divorce instead of trying to do it myself. Although it could be a simple case, from speaking with her, if I missed something or incorrectly filled out the paperwork, the process would be long and drawn out. Ms. Rabin was incredibly helpful in getting my personal finance affairs in order, including my will and living will, and trusts. She was able to answer all of my questions, and then developed all the legal documents in a timely manner. While I'm hoping that the paperwork will not need to be used in many years, having a will and such is the adult thing to do. Ms. Rabin was really nice since I'd never done this before, and I really did have a lot of questions. She's assured me that as I get older and (hopefully) have more assets, she'll easily be able to update any provisions and provide for any new heirs. In the past, I've used lawyers for personal injury, and I always had the feeling they were in it for the money, and didn't really care about me. Ms. Rabin made me feel like I was important, my needs were important, and it really mattered that I understood all the provisions, especially in the medical power of attorney. I recommend her highly.

I utilized Ms. Rabin to update my will. In the process of incorporating the changes that I requested, she asked my permission to restructure the document. The result was a will that was much easier for a lay person to understand and more comprehensive. She worked in a very efficient manner throughout the entire process.
