I highly recommend the Zacharia Brown law firm. My mother passed away late last year, and I needed help with the legal process of probating her will. I knew of the firm through Carrie Conboy, an attorney there, and she referred me to Carl Zacharia because of his experience in dealing with several particulars of my situation. My mother spent her last years as a Florida resident, but her will was made in Pennsylvania where she spent most of her life. Also, the courts in Sarasota, FL were essentially shut down because of the covid pandemic restrictions. The Zacharia Brown law firm has offices in Pennsylvania and in Florida, so they had the expertise in both PA and FL law to handle the probate process knowledgeably and efficiently. I was also concerned because of reports that I had read about the courts being closed, causing slow and inconsistent court processes due to the pandemic. During my discussions with Carl Zacharia about this he detailed exactly what needed to be done, obtained from me all the required documents, and explained the process he would take. I was very pleased, and I must say somewhat surprised, at how smoothly the process went and how everything was concluded in a reasonable time frame. Through it all, Carl was easy to work with, personable, responsive, very efficient, and most communicative; he answered my questions thoroughly and responded quickly. A loved one’s passing and the associated emotions make dealing with the necessary personal, financial, and legal issues very difficult and stressful. I feel fortunate that Carl Zacharia and his firm provided the expertise and help for me in a way that made the experience as easy as possible. I would certainly use the firm again.

I thought Christine was very helpful and plain speaking, which made everything much easier to understand. It felt very much like a conversation, not an interview, which I liked very much.

Christine Brown Murphy was a fantastic attorney who helped my parents with their estate and trust planning. She was invaluable to me after both of my parents died in 2020 only four months apart. She walked me through all the steps in handling their estate, their trust and she was always there to answer any questions and handle any concerns. Great firm!! Everyone there makes your feel so comfortable & welcome. They are very informative and go out of their way to help you. From having my will done to elderly care help they can explain things in simple terms for you to understand. Wonderful people!!

They put the quality of their work above all else when preparing such an important aspect of your life.

Not very responsive. Emailed several times but takes them 2 weeks to respond for basic information. Appears they don't care about growing their client base. Probably one of those firms that just wants to maintain their base. Kind of annoying to waste time trying to followup.

My father had a stroke back in 2017. The nursing home he was admitted to neglected him and intentionally filed his Medicaid paperwork incorrectly. I was told to go to Zacharia and brown to help me handle this situation. Carl Zacharia has been a blessing ever since our first meeting. He truly cares about the well beings of the elderly and I couldn’t of found a better attorney. My fathers case was settled and he didn’t have to pay a dime to the nursing home. I am truly grateful for Carl and his law firm.
