I was very satisfied with all the evaluation and assistace in completing our wills, advanced directives and power of attorney. Every one pleasant and helpful. I like that they were local and did not have to add travel stress to an already difficult appointment. Cost was affordable and better than some other offices. Responsive to follow up calls and questions. Thank you for the great service!

One phone call and all my questions were answered. Andrew gave me almost half an hour consultation laying all my concerns to rest. My particular situation was not going to need the services of the Zihmer law firm, but he gave me his time anyway. After all I have heard about lawyers, that was just not expected. We used Zihmer Law firm to get my family set up with the appropriate will/trust documents. I'm no expert, but they seemed very knowledgeable and were able to provide clear recommendations. While we are pleased with the final work products, the communication throughout the process was frustrating (having to follow-up on information/next steps that were promised, lack of transparency on what is driving pricing within the quoted range, and confusing emails).
