I like to share my experience with attorney John Williamson, of the Lyon Law firm. I’m from Wisconsin and I was looking for legal direction to a very specific legal question. I left a message with the receptionist, and very soon there after, Mr. Williamson called me. He explained that his law firm wasn’t doing the type of legal services that I would need. He took the time to look for some possible answers for me. He gave me a recommendation of someone who could possibly help me. He continued to answer a couple questions for me, over a several day period. The point is, he didn’t have to do any of this. He wasn’t getting paid for this, yet he did it just to help me. I’m in a business where customer service is a top priority. The customer service he provided me was not only unexpected, but above and beyond.
