My Partner and I wanted to purchase a new home together but otherwise maintain separate finances and estate plans. Leigh Lyons provided us excellent guidance, detailing the various forms of ownership we could consider. In the end, we chose to use a LLC, and Leigh moved quickly to file our new LLC with the Commonwealth of PA and obtain a tax ID. She drafted a comprehensive Operating Agreement for us and responded quickly to any follow up questions we had or requests we made. She ensured that everything went smoothly, even though the state had delays in its filing process. We would certainly recommend Leigh and her team for any legal matters!
