Horrible attorney for a custody case i had. Walked out with almost no visitation rights at all. Hard person to get ahold of. Left out lots of information that would have helped the case when the hearing was going on. Looked over at me and said "I wish I knew about that" when I in fact told him everything. Don't waste your money on this joker find someone else

Worthless

I was on the other side of Mr. Brode as a defendant in a custody suite a few years ago and recently learned that a complaint of “ chaotic Household” was suggested by Mr. Brode , against me , to his client even though it was clearly an untrue charge. Was this ethical on Mr. Brides behalf? It was admitted by the plaintiffs husband. I find Mr. Brides actions to be unethical and Buyer of “ Justice” beware. This one Attorney dreamt up an utterly false complaint for one client! How many others are there? Does this violate ethical principles that attorneys are to abide? Is this actionable against the plaintiff or Mr. Brode? What should be done if the ethical questions are found to be a violation? …

Attorney Brode was very helpful getting my appeal for disability. Without him, it never would of been possible.

Lawyer Brode was every understand and empathic to what I am dealing with after an auto mobile accident. I am trying to get SSI after an eminence amount of damage cause from said accident. He is very professional and gave me suggestions to keep notes and a calander of all I do and the amount of pain and swelling through out the day from whatever activities are needed to be done.
