I hired David Galloway to resolve issues I had with credit card “debt buyers” who purchased debt for pennies on the dollar and actually sued me for more money than was owed. David swiftly contacted each party with a cease and desist letter which instantly stopped all harassing phone calls and letters. David attended the Magistrate hearings and won both cases. I highly recommend David Galloway to help you in such matters. I now have peace of mind and zero anxiety because of his expertise in knowing how to deal with these kinds of issues. Rather than working towards a resolution that prioritized the best interests of my only child, Anna L Kynch fueled conflict and perpetuated harmful stereotypes. It's disheartening to see a law firm prioritize their own reputation over the fundamental rights and well-being of a family. After knowing David for about 30 years we reached out to WG to inquire about developing an estate plan.
