We hired Ryan Webber to help us get Medical Assistance & POA for our father who is in a nursing home. Throughout the process, he has been professional, reliable, respectful, always pleasant and very easy to deal with. He communicates with you on a regular basis and keeps you informed as to the ongoing process. My emails were returned within an hour, phone calls were made by him to give me pertinent information. If he didn't have the answer to my questions, he would find out and get back in a reasonable amount of time. He made this experience a pleasant one without stress.
