I would recommend Tim Colgan. Tim and his staff are all extremely very professional and nice they keep me up to date with everything that was going on with my divorce if I ever had questions Tim would always arrange a phone call to call to explain everything to me. I truly couldn’t have done this with out Tim or his staff. Thank you for everything you did to help me and make everything go smoothly for me.

Attorney Colgan represented me and guided me through the collaborative divorce process. From the beginning he was able to be sensitive to both parties' concerns and guided me through a very difficult time. He is knowledgeable, reasonable, attentive, and realistic. There are never any winners in a divorce , but I am able to live with the final outcome.

My husband I met with Tim to update our wills and have POAs and Living Wills created. We have two children of our own and my husband has two daughters. Tim helped us navigate the circumstances of the children from different marriages. All the while he was professional and friendly making the process quick and easy. Highly recommend Tim for a straight forward situation or estate planning that is more complex.

Tim guided me through a very difficult divorce over a three year period in which the opposition used no less than 5 lawyers. He is knowledgeable, supportive, and calm under fire. He not only kept me well informed thru the entire process but was able to flawlessly get all 5 of opposing counsels up to speed on the case. I am extremely pleased with every facet of service provided by him personally and by his office. Tim helped me with my estate planning. I had a wonderful experience overall. I talked with Tim and he drew up my paperwork and was able to send it to me to review, and then assisted me in setting up my paperwork with what I needed and he answered all of my questions.
