Justin helped to architect an Advance Directive for me recently. Not only did he guide me through the legal complexities but he also listened to my unique circumstances. Justin takes a vested interest in every case he supports and I’d recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation.

Had trouble getting a response . Calls went unanswered. Still waiting for my files back. But my experience is with just one attorney. I know of others there that are excellent.

If you are black don’t go threw them Justin and Mimi treated me horrible first Mimi said where dismissing your case because of me complaining about the fee when I misunderstood her email .I called her she was very rude..justin called me said we’re not taking your case because the injured was not substantial enough very rude on the phone hung up on me I don’t know if they think because I’m black I don’t have money I have my own house I have two vehicles ,money is not the issue I work overnight. I was just trying to get a better understanding being as though that I woke up not trying to argue with any lawyers I’ve been through enough, and I would not suggest these people if you’re black… Mimi stated I’m sending the dismissal papers now we’re not taking the case back and hung up on me .I don’t see the dismissal papers in my email and I don’t want them to take my case back. They’re very rude. I don’t know if it’s different people. Working their butt it definitely can’t be the same people because I didn’t have this problem the last time I went through them in 2019. I’m a single mother I really don’t have no time for no heartless lawyers. Or to be arguing with any lawyers, that’s very unprofessional.. I have enough problems regarding this accident in the first place. I just wanted a better understanding and I still don’t have none. They both told me something different. They just don’t wanna take my case after everything is done therapy I was out of work, but I’m just gonna continue to be positive and try to find another lawyer negativity gets you no where in life….. I was siting in traffic and a car came from nowhere in smash into the back of me I wasn’t even moving they knew that. That car accident gave me a lot of injuries, so they just want to be rude for nothing that’s OK whatever makes them sleep better at night

I had the pleasure of meeting Justin Bernstine as a patron of my Business. Even though he wasn’t on the clock, he was happy to discuss casual matters of law. Though I haven’t the need of his specific legal services, I was taken back by how kind and pleasant he was as a client. I’m sure anyone who is in need of his talent would be in good hands.

This review is difficult for me to write because I can’t find words good enough to describe how perfect my experience working with Schuster Law after my work accident was.

I would NOT recommend this firm! I was referred to Justin Bernstein, whom did my consultation 2 years ago. After initiating every interaction, not once did I receive an email, phone call, text message from a single lawyer!!! My interaction was strictly with a paralegal for 2 years. I had to REQUEST to meet with a lawyer, who I came to find out was not Justin, and my case was passed down to Brian Maggio. When I met with Brian, he specifically stated he had not looked at my case file, and that the paralegal had to give him a run down of what was going on. Not only did I leave this meeting with no resolution, I left feeling not confident in this firms ability to get their job done. Finally I was told that a settlement that barely covered my medical bills let alone future treatment would be all they could negotiate and that going to court with my case could result in no gain. I was then charged 33% of that amount when I realized I was potentially a victim of malpractice and fired this firm and moved forward with another attorney. The new attorney was able to secure exponentially more in the final settlement than what was originally offered just by simply asking the arbitrator for more. Do not waste your time.
