I was searching extensively for a good lawyer who would quickly and generously offer a free consultation so I get a feel. It was such an easy choice to choose Mr. Joe Lesniak. He listened to me and offered his support on the phone and guided me regarding a time pressed situation I was facing. He gave me his earliest appointment less than 24 hours from when we spoke. And offered his support saying please contact if need to be. I also later realized in such a short time he had called the party to answer any questions or concerns even before meeting with me. Though at the end my situation turned out to not need to have a lawyer, I am now so greatful that I know a great lawyer in terms of any future family law need. Also it is a bonus to talk to a lawyer who is pleasant to talk to and can feel he cares despite gaining financially or not! I am acquainted with Joe through a friend that hired and worked with him on their case. I served as a character witness on the case and was very impressed with Joe's warm and professional nature. I never checked Robert Stranick’s reviews because he came through an adjuster for my case an insurance claim for property damage. Had i checked i never would have used him he has no experience what so ever in property damage or maybe he was really just working for the other side. He did no research to help with evidence. He didnt even want the pictures of proof. He kept trying to persuade me to settle for almost nothing. Even the week of Christmas with promises of a quick check. When i held out for what was left that he didn’t give away to insurance company then he wanted his percentage. Lol he’s a joke don’t let him steal your money for the insurance company

Joe very successfully and skillfully negotiated an out of court settlement resultant from an unsatisfied contractual agreement. I would engage him at any time when legal action required. He knows all the proper channels and communicates extremely well throughout the entire process !
