Atty. Galloway is able and competent; however, he did not serve me well as a client. He seemed more focused on his own interests and not those of mine, his paying client. He did not help me in my criminal case, seemed to offer me on a platter to the prosecution. Also, in my civil case, concerning my father's property, I was disappointed severely with his lack of compassion, as I thought (mistakenly) he was genuinely concerned. I ended up losing my father's property, which was paid for by the death insurance of my eldest brother, who was killed in Vietnam. Atty. Galloway has the potential, but chooses instead to see his interests first.

Mr. Galloway reviewed my case with the utmost discretion, he always called me back within minutes, he knew everyone at the municipal and common pleas level, he had 90% of my charges dismissed before the common pleas level, after 7 court dates at the municipal and common pleas level, Mr. Galloway had my charges pleaded down from 8 Felony in the 1st degree gun charges down to 2 misdemeanor charges, it may have cost me a little bit but every penny was absolutely worth it. I would retain him again no matter what the cost!!!! highly recommended!

Scott Galloway is an excellent attorney. He was very thorough and patient in helping us understand the law. He returned every phone call in a reasonable amount time. His staff was also excellent. My family is very happy with his representation.

Scott has great potential, but he picks and chooses who he wants to fight for, whether you are a paid case or an appointed case. I would not recommend him because his lack of ability to keep his clients informed and keep them knowledgable about the progress of their case. He makes you feel like he is working WITH the DA, which is not a plesant feeling to have.
