Dan is my attorney in a complicated estate matter involving overseas assets and foreclosures here in Pennsylvania. He has always been extremely diligent really a pleasure to work with. He has had my back through many tough situations and I highly recommend his services. If you are in need of personalized attention and a strong ally, he is the one you should hire!

In regards to both my cases the outcome was fantastic where they were both thrown out. First meeting Dan and his assistant Mia I felt immediately welcomed not only to mention the office is in a prime Location. Along the year duration (rocky roads) of my case I was always reminded every single time, the prior day and was told specific details of what was needed on my part to get the outcome we desired. Mr. Pallen will go to bat for you. He has represented me twice, and one of the cases required a trial. What I appreciated most about Mr. Pallen was his willingness to see the job through.

Met with Mr. Pallen in his office. We went over options that would be best for my family. Proceeded to court. Mr. Pallen was honest upfront. Never sold me on false hope. He told me what we hope to hear today, what we might hear, and what we didn't want to hear. Mia was also a huge help. Fast to respond to questions and always had the answers. Dan saved my life. I had a serious criminal case and I was looking at 10-15yrs in prison for something that I didn’t do. God first and then Dan, the trial ended as a mistrial. The commonwealth accepted the fact that they couldn’t prove that I was guilty. As a businessman and someone who had never been in trouble with the law, this was the scariest moment of my life. Dan will fight for you beginning to end. I will always recommend Dan.

I literally only had one day left to save my home from been sold and I ran into mr. Pallen thank god I did because he helped us out so much. Mr.pallen definitely did what he said he was going to do got my case dropped down to a summary offense, another conviction on my record Would have lead to more time on parole with my parole officer thanks again great job.

Dan did a wonderful job with my two cases. He’s a very friendly guy as well and empathetic. You give give him a case and he’ll work with you the best way possible and his prices are very reasonable. I had over 12+ driving offense charges and he hooked up deal and slimmed them down to a misdemeanor. I would recommend anyone in Philly/Delco to go to him to handle any case you have. If I ever catch a case again, he’s my number one option.

Mr. Pallen is the best lawyer I’ve found without a doubt. He was right up front about everything and he got me a much better outcome then I had expected. I wish I found him years ago because all my other experiences have been horrible. I would love to bash a couple of big name lawyers who took thousands of my dollars and did nothing but I won’t.Mr . Pallen came in late on a case I had paid another big name attorney thousands and when he told me the out come I would be looking at I knew something was off. A friend recommended Mr. Pallen I went to see him and just as I thought I was being sold down the river. Mr. Pallen was familiar with the road I was pulled over on and he agreed a fleeing and eluding charge was ludicrous.He assured me he wouldn’t rest until that was thrown out along with other charges.He came thru like a boss I didn’t lose my license at all and I couldn’t be happier ,with the other guy I was looking at 18 months suspension plus all those charges I could of got that with a public defender.Mr Pallen gives u the service of all these other super lawyers at a fraction of the cost. Another thing I have to say is when you hire Daniel Pallen you get him every time not one of his flunkees because he has none and he prides himself on that. He was always available when ever I had a question or a concern,I couldn’t of asked for anything better. I have lost faith in lawyers due to several bad experiences in the past, but if I'd ever hire a lawyer again it would be Mr. Pallen. This might sound harsh, but being a lawyer is not supposed to be merely about passing license examinations, and having a law degree. Honesty, integrity, skills at the top of the knowledge are what all of us need in a lawyer. Mr. Pallen has it all. My case is " light" this time, so I decided to let " things" go on its course.
