I Retained Mr. Pallen Early this year in March 2020. I Suffered a horrific injury at the hands of a Dishonest Physician in 2017. I searched for an Attorney to take my case relentlessly in the begining of 2018. Life as i knew it ended the day I allowed this Doctor to operate on me. Through contacting all those Big time T.V. Hugh Law Firms I learned a very valuable lesson. They all advertize they care about their clients "like their family". Nothing could be farther from the truth. I proceeded with my lawsuit on my own. I'm well educated and held my own in federal court. What happened to me is something you see on 20/20, but never would expect it to happen to you. I began to have great distain for all lawyers in general. When the going got tough, I was simply lost. By pure luck I found Mr. Pallen. He was a small firm, with a tenacity & superior knowledge & court room experience that won my confidence. He was Honest , Had a great deal of Integrity, and no fear of taking on the big firms who represented the shady corporations and negligent Doctors. Daniel assisted me with a foreclose case. I was months away from losing my home, so I contacted him and he came to the rescue. I hired Mr Pallen to defend me in a complex criminal case. I have worked with other Delaware County attorneys and was very careful when selecting representation this time. I am not sure why his overall rating is only a 7.9 as he is a rock solid, rock star attorney who will personally work on your case to get you the best possible outcome, better than I could have hoped for. So what happened was, I essentially got burned by a previous lawyer which put me in a bad spot. I glanced over reviews before agreeing to work with Daniel Pallen and there not wrong. Couldn't be happier. He explained my case to me and helped understand where i was and what could happen when i met with him. After that I felt way more comfortable with my case. So I hired him to represent me, he made it very simple and quick. We walked to the court room. And he explained pros and cons to some options I had. I took his advice, and not only did I come out of there saving a bunch of money from fines. I also saved a bunch of headaches with having to drive back and forth. He got me a deal that I was ecstatic about. I would defintly hire him again. Honestly i can say he was one of the most easy going and honest lawyers out there.
