I have known these lawyers for many years. Personally and professionally. I have always held them in the highest regard. My opinion of the family law practice and the lawyers that make their living in this field has been jaded. I just didn’t get it. Then I personally became involved with this firm. They value their client first, not their own egos. They go the next step and beyond. They actually care. It starts at the top but as you reach each level, you realize that the “team” all treat you the same way. That is the personalization of the firm. However, the most important issue is their knowledge of the family law practice. The ins and outs of how to work “The Law”. This is another way that they stand out. They are incredibly knowledgeable. Don’t make a mistake by getting vengeance or a piece of flesh. Do what is right and listen to Greg, Larry, Melissa and the rest. You will feel good about yourself if you do.

After my separation, I had no idea what lied ahead of me. I could never have imagined I would be accused of such horrific acts by the woman whom I was married to and had a child with. What I thought would be an amicable divorce, turned into a horrifying and shocking ordeal that has altered my life forever. I retained Greg LaMonaca four months into my divorce/custody matter and after my first meeting with him and Larry Welsh, Greg had an understanding on my dire situation and had a plan of direction. After my initial meeting with Greg and Larry, I knew I had the right firm representing me. My case has been, and still is, a very difficult and emotional experience for not only me, but my family and friends. Greg has and still does keep me grounded and helps me get through difficult times. He does this not only as my attorney, but also a friend. That is what separates Greg and his staff from others in the practice of Family Law. They truly care about you and will fight for your legal rights. That has meant a great deal to me and has helped me get through many trying times. Greg and his staff have always kept me informed of updates and changes involving my case and they always get back to me in a timely manner. After hours and weekends are not uncommon to receive a phone call or e-Mail from one of the staff members. Greg and his team have also worked all hours of the day and on weekends. There is no 9-5 schedule for the attorneys of LaMonaca Law. Over the course of my divorce/custody matter, there have been twists and turns that even Greg and his staff had not experienced, but had anticipated. One of the best attributes Greg has is in his preparation and planning. Greg prepares for multiple scenarios and always has a plan A, B, C & D. As for my case, I am sure he has reached plans E and F, no kidding! Bottom line is that Greg is prepared for anything. I am not sure just how many clients LaMonaca Law has, but I am made to feel that I am their only client. If you are fortunate enough to be represented by LaMonaca Law, you will know the depth of their determination to fight for your cause and see your case through to the ending you envisioned.

Greg was a consummate professional throughout my entire custody case. We walked away with exactly what I asked for and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend.

As I read through all of the 5-star reviews on this site, I nod my head as I could write those exact words myself. I don't know how Greg does this for so many clients as I too, thought I was the only one! I was divorced in 2005 and since went through some extremely nasty allegations, with children suffering parental alienation syndrome and hostile aggressive parenting from ex-spouse and family. I had gone through several recommended and popular (i.e.: WIP advertised) law firms over the years, as well as pro-se representation and had essentially given up, resigned to the fact that "Fathers have no rights". I happened to stumble upon Greg through my research on PAS and HAP. All I can say is that I wish I had found him 10 years ago. First off, I was shocked when I call the listed number and asked to speak to Greg LaMonaca... "Speaking" That simple attention and first impression carried on through the entire engagement. Greg listened intently, understood and empathized. He was laser-focused on my goals and went over and above to achieve all of them (and then some). He saved the only remaining relationship I had with my youngest of three daughters. He put her and my relationship with her above everything else and did not back down. His staff is great! I would not hesitate for a second to engage with Greg again and highly recommend.

Remove “YOUR” fears and take control of your future with The Law Offices of Gregory LaMonaca! My emotions were running rampant, my fears of losing everything I worked 20 years for was controlling my every thought, my hopes were fading and I was a mess. If it was not for Greg and his staff who knows where my family would be now. As soon as you walk into his office and meet with his team your mind and concerns are put at ease. My previous lawyers made me feel somewhat inferior but Greg made me feel like part of his family and that he was going to fight for our rights like only a family member would. Every time I called I got a call back within 30 minutes, every question I had was answered, every concern I had for my family was removed. On day one, Greg clearly laid out the strategy and the path we would be on during my case. It took almost a year and everything he said was accurate. Each bill was clearly itemized and reflected my own records. Additionally, to my complete surprise, as my case ended I received a note from Greg. He had hand written a personal message thanking “me” for trusting him and his team with my case. He expressed some very personal thoughts about our family that made me cry tears of joy. He really knew all of us on a personal level as only a family member would. I often pull out that personal note and reflect on it to bring me back to center. He was thanking me? I owe him and his team the upmost of THANKS. If you need a family law firm do not hesitate to call Greg and his team. You will quickly realize you did the best thing for yourself and your family the minute you walk into his offices and meet his team. His passion and knowledge for the law shines through! He is a very special person.

Greg LaMonaca and Melissa Towsey have given me hope. I have three children, work full-time and have an average job as a computer programmer. I live in Chester County, PA. Through the hard work and dedication of Greg and Melissa, I was able to get primary custody of all three children. I have close to 90% custody. It was not a miracle. It was solely because of Greg and Melissa that the children are as happy and healthy as they are now. At times, I felt like they treated me as if I was their only client. They responded to every single phone call and email, even if it was in the evening. I was going through a high conflict divorce with a very hostile person. Although I was very upset and pessimistic, they kept an unwavering focus on what was best for me and the children. They remembered everything about our lives, inside and out. They were both so empathetic and optimistic. Both in court and in conversations with me, they kept reinforcing that I focus on what is best for the children and to let all the little things go. The children can now have a normal childhood because of everything they have done. We will always be indebted to them. I look forward to the day that I can call them and tell them how the children turned out. They really are the best. I wasn't sure where to post a review like this, so I figured I'd start here.
