I gave a $4,000 deposit that was supposed to be put in escrow. All charges to my account were supposed to be approved by me. A month later they send me an invoice for the month of July. They charged me $2,000 for emails! I called them and told them don’t do another thing I want a refund of what’s left in my escrow. I still haven’t received my money and every time I call I get the run around!

I started my journey meeting with 7 different lawyers in Delco. I wasn’t 100% sure what I was looking for but I knew I needed someone passionate about what they do because I was trying to get a 50-50 custody split of my son. Greg and his team were nothing short of excellent during my divorce in 2014. He walked me through the process step-by-step and was understanding of the emotional and fragile situation. Everyone in the office was knowledgeable and extreamly responsive to any questions I had. Fast forward to 2018. I am re-married to a wonderful woman and we are in the process of buying a house. Our underwriter requested a copy of my divorce decree, which I provided. However, they wanted more evidence that I do not have any financial obligations to my ex-spouse. Of course, Greg and his team came though immediately to help. His team was able to answer my questions. And to top it off Greg called me after hours to speak in detail about the situation. He went above and beyond to write an email to myself and the underwriter explaining the details of my divorce and evidence that I do not have any financial obligations to my ex-spouse. Thank you!! For my particular case, I wanted 50/50 custody of my child. I was living with my wife at the time and had some hurtles to overcome. I was very happy with the plan Greg had devised and I felt very strong if we had to actually go to court. However, we never had to go to court and my wife and I ended up signing an agreement between us which was then approved by the court. Although I was happy with the outcome and maybe I’m misinformed, but it cost me over $14,000 which I feel was excessive.
