John represented me when I was in the process of purchasing a building for my business and I needed to get the zoning changed. John did a tremendous job getting the zoning approved and allowing me to run my business from a commercial building in the middle of a residential neighborhood. John's outstanding reputation in the industry was obvious when we attended the hearing and so many of the people there knew John. He has a reputation for being fair, thoughtful and extremely good at what he does. John discovered that the property description for my building was incorrect and we had a new description done and filed in addition to getting the zoning changed. Johns' preparedness for the hearing was impressive and by the end of the hearing, the folks who had objected to my business being in their neighborhood welcomed me and we have been working together harmoniously ever since. I would highly recommend John to anyone seeking legal advice regarding real estate, zoning or any other matters in which John specializes. I am extremely satisfied with the legal services I received from John and I will hire John and his firm again for any legal matters I may have in the future.
