After dealing with over 30 players, several adversarial private and corporate attorneys, one pandemic, Joe Lesniak secured me a NOT guilty verdict on ALL 5 counts (4 of which were felonies.) It's therefore a gross understatement when I say JOE LESNIAK IS THE BEST LAWYER THERE IS!! Here's why: (Warning - long read ahead because this complicated case spanned over the course of ~4 years.) I was falsely accused of sex crimes I did not commit. His interpersonal skills shone when he masterfully balanced likability with the sometimes-necessary aggressiveness. I was in awe. The judge was in awe. The jurors were in awe. Even other attorneys, judges, and spectators unrelated to the case were all in awe! There are honestly way too many legal rules and strategies in sexually based crimes that an average criminal defense attorney will not be able to successfully defend you. Joe represented a family member and did a great job. He put a case together that told a story which the Jury appreciated and believed. Used the Prosecutions witness's testimony to our favor and they didn't even know it happened. I was only there for the trial but was told that the pre-trial preparation was top notch. Back in 2018 when I was summoned by the courts to appear for a DUI offense. I was trying to represent myself, and the judge in Media was threatening to throw me in jail. The paper work wrongly said 2nd offense. The judge was telling me he would throw me in jail, to get a public attorney if I didn't get my own (knowing now the judge was only looking out for me). I didn't have any money and I was in dire straits. I was recommended to Mr. Lesniak by another attorney in Media. Once he found out I was a Military Veteran. He offered to represent me pro-bono. He quickly got things straightened out, and had the courts change it to a first offense. I completed ARD, and didn't even have my license taken away because there was barely anything (medicine) in my system. Mr. Lesniak is a very personable, professional lawyer who gets the job done.
