Donna saved my life is what it felt like to me! She gave me a chance to be on my daughter life and have the right to say so when my daughter mother was trying her best to take that right away from me. She will have an ally for life and I will for ever be grateful for her and what she is about. She exceeds expectation and me and my family loves her. Thank you !!!!

I had the privilege of working with Joe McIntosh for my divorce case, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Did not retain

Not impressed at all. I hired Joe to represent me in regards to custody in Montgomery County. Although, he did help me get some additional overnights with my daughter, it was a frustrating experience. Mom and her attorney got to dictate and control anything and everything in the order. I have all sorts of stipulations I have to abide by and my ex does not. I felt like with Joe, we were never in the game but on the sidelines. If your ex is fighting you tooth and nail on custody- this is not the attorney for you. These courts are typically not in favor of men. You need someone way more aggressive than Joe. Joe also mistakingly sent me another clients personal matters regarding their divorce. I'm very unpleased with my representation. Would not recommend.

Joe and Brittany are the best

I'm not familiar with laws, so I took this lawyer's advice, do as he told me. At the court hearing, none of my wants were mentioned. None of the adultery, police report, restraining orders were brought up against my ex husband. The judge commented "they were both rude and failed to share common interest.." I have PTSD due to this marriage and could barely spoke a word. I doubt if this lawyer even consider himself as a lawyer, or just a clerk. I could have done the paperwork by myself, I hired him to speak for me and he spoke less than I did at the court hearing. He had no idea what was going on and looked so lost like a kid in the first school day. I requested an explanation of his negligence and failure, he repeated "retainer fee is non-refundable, here's the rest of your bill" I'm so confused if I hired an AI or lawyer. Thank goodness I don't have a child, just imagine having this lawyer to fight custody case.... it could have destroy my life! Mr. Joe, with peace, love, and respect, you are unethical and I recommend you seek another career.
