I’m very fortunate to have had Latoison Law work with me through a stressful situation, resulting in a very favorable outcome. At a time in my life that I am working hard to make positive strides and changes , I had a situation hanging over my head that, at times, felt like it could derail any and all progress made. Great Law firm! Very honest and straight to the point. I have dealt with a few lawyers in the past and I really appreciate straight forward approach. I had a property with inherent tenant in Delaware county, Pa- that was non paying tenant with low under market rent. Enrique and Nikole were amazing- help me through out the process of eviction the tenant- make it as easy as possible. Enrique was very strategic about the process, won’t go into details, all I can say I am very pleased with final result and reasonable timeframe considering circumstances. Nikole in particular was very helpful - always promptly responding to my messages and patiently guiding me through the process! Their fees were very reasonable, and they won’t nickel and dime you for small things. Definitely recommend them for any real estate manner!
