After six months of waiting on the Court's decision for my Custody Trial, we were successful in accomplishing the results we wanted! Alex and Pete are great attorneys! The paralegal. Nicole is also awesome! I highly recommend this law firm!!!!!!

The law firm of Giribaldi and Manaras is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They are never in the office and show NO concern for your case. My experience was with Pete Manaras so my comments are about him more than Alex. Pete is never around, shows no concern for the case, and will do as little as possible for you. In the end whatever settlement is reached will be poorly and vaguely written and probably the worst you could get. Mr. Manaras wants to work as little as possible and do as little as he can with no regard to you nor your case. He even seems to be spiteful wanting more for the other side than for you. All I can say is BEWARE and do not use this firm for any legal matter. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Mr. McGarrigle was able to turn a fearful situation into one that made sense, and one that was easily manageable. Dan explained things at every turn which took the guess work and not knowing out of what was a very scary time for me. My situation was resolved quickly and I was able to begin my diversion program. Dan was very knowledgeable of the laws surrounding my circumstances and only had my best interests at heart. If you want your business handled in a manner which incorporates a working knowledge of the law, swift action and your best possible resolution then Mr. McGarrigle is the attorney for you.

She doesn't hesitate to ignore facts in an attempt to discredit good people. She also won't let morals or values stand in her way. If that's the kind of person who you want working for you then go for it....she is ruthless and you will make out over your spouse but your children end up as collateral damage. Is that the right way to treat people? You decide. She was hired by my wife and made our relationship much worse than it was, to the point that our family had to "unbrainwash" her of the war like mentality that Kathryn instilled in her. Do you want your children's father or mother treated that way? Again, it's your decision. My attorney stated that "she can accomplish the same result without destroying families".

These two lawyers are the best! Everyone in this office was very efficient. The paralegal herself was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
