I would highly recommend Beau Hoffman. He helped my partner and me form an LLC for our business. He talked us through all of our options in detail, listened to our plans and goals, and answered all of our questions. We have hired Beau on several occasion for Independent Contractor Agreements, Personal Wills, Lease Agreements, land purchasing, land development, etc. Whatever our lives or business needs have brought us. He has always done great work and very responsive and prompt. Beau listens to the project/issue at hand and then brings back the solution in a very timely manner.
