Andrea Capita is a gem. We used her services to set up a revocable trust for our family. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a trust established. She was very thorough, organized, professional and a nice person to boot. She was very responsive by phone or email, answering any and all questions we had about trusts, wills, etc. This is a complicated process but Andrea made us feel confident that we were doing the right thing in taking care of all the details and making sure nothing was missed.

We hired Ms Capita after an extensive search for an attorney that specialized in elder law in the Milford PA area. During our initial consultation we found Ms Capita to be knowledgeable & detail oriented so we hired her to prepare our documents including will, living will, power of attorney, executor, etc. Ms Capita educated us in estate planning & elder law, answered all our questions & prepared all the documents in a timely manner...returned phone calls and answered emails.
