I've had to go through the painful process of divorce, custody, and a domestic relations dispute. When I was faced with the reality that I had to start the grueling process of a divorce, it was terrifying; however, having a caring and competent attorney, Joseph Kenneff, made all the difference in the world. There is so much emotion and uncertainty involved when going thru a divorce especially when children are involved. He is not like any other attorney I've ever dealt with in the past. He actually cares and that is hard to come by in a lawyer. He walked me thru all the steps and kept me updated so I wasn't at home worrying; and if I called with any questions, he always got back to me in a timely manner. I felt that he really had my best interests at heart and he worked very diligently to make sure that was accomplished. There were times during the process that were time sensitive; and even though I have a tendency to worry, I had confidence that it would get done, and he always came through. I highly recommend Joseph Kenneff as an attorney and know first hand that he is a caring, competent, and dedicated attorney. I have to revise my Will and I will definitely be retaining him for those services and any other legal matters that may come up in my life.

I used Attorney Joseph Kenneff for two legal matters. One for a personal matter having to do with several parking tickets issued in my name, that due to circumstances, I knew nothing about until they turned into bench warrants and had escalated to several hundred dollars in costs; and the other was for a complicated variance issue for our company where Joe presented our case in front of a zoning hearing board. For both personal and business legal matters, we couldn't have asked for a better attorney to represent us. I have recommended him to many people when they are looking for an attorney, and every one of them are so happy that I gave them his name. His knowledge of the law and his excellent preparation skills; along with his sincere, kind, and caring manner put him in a league of his own as an attorney!

Horrible law office, lawyer does absolutely nothing he loses paperwork and blames you. They take your money without anyone’s permission and now they refuse to respond to my emails, because when they did respond they lied and contradict themselves constantly and I saved all the emails and they don’t like when you make them look like the morons they are. This is all based on the old guy lawyer I can’t say anything about the younger lawyer as I never had contact with him but it seems he would do all the work because the old guy did absolutely nothing. Save yourself $2500 go to somewhere remotely competent.
