I appear to have the same issue here. My case was somehow transferred to Sean upon leaving his partnership. I had never hired nor spoken with him, Now I was forwarded contact information and have not been able to get a return call or email. I don't know where my case stands at this point.

Mr. Rupper was hired and paid for an unemployment appeal case. He was dismissed from his partnership and had the case transferred with him. Once he was no longer at Ruppert, Manes, and Nahari, he stopped returning calls and emails. In turn, he abandoned me as a client. Still no unemployment resolution and out of the money that I paid for representation.

I have gone to Sean for legal counsel on multiple occasions. Each time, he has treated me and my problem with the utmost respect and attention and has always provided well-reasoned legal advice. He knows the law and always explains it to me in a way I can understand and use. Further, his ability to find solutions to my legal issues or point me in the right direction is unparalleled.
