Atty. Kobal is unethical, vulgar, a straight up liar. and unprofessional. 2nd Worst experience in my life dealing with another human being(and I use the term loosely). I have worked 18 years at a prison and she makes the inmates look like Mother Theresa. Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties should be ashamed they hire her to watch over the well-being of our most treasured assets(our children). Stay away from this train wreck. Wherever she goes trouble follows, and her staff will lie right to your fave or vehind your back as well. If you plan on using her as a lawyer just do yourself a favor and burn whatever money you were going to use to retain her. You will save yourself a lot in the long run. I only gave her 1 star because I had to . If I was rating on a bell curve and Atty Kobal is worth 1 star than I would have to give Attila the Hun 3 stars .

We provided services for this attorneys office and they never finished paying us. Do not use them! Any attorney who won't pay for the services other companies provide for them does NOT deserve to collect money for providing services. And what's worse, they will ignore you. That's right, just simply never call you back while leaving you with their outstanding balance. Steer clear!
