Does nothing but talk over you. Lack of focus and competence. The experience was a string of horrible blunders, complete mismanagement of my case, and a costly lawsuit. Another reviewer described her as immature. Couldn't agree more. Like a petulant child. Totally unprofessional and reckless.

I have used Ms. Gulash from both a consultative and hired perspective. The advice given was always intuitive and helpful. Ms. Gulash was very thorough and had my best interests in mind. I felt as if she had my back and would even suggest another lawyer if she felt that best suited my immediate needs for the matter at hand. I have referred her to others because of my confidence in her abilities.

After receiving information from a land surveyor that her materials had not arrived, to which I apologized to the surveyor, Attny Gulash "thought it best" to leave the case feeling insulted and insisting she had sent them to you. Immature and unprofessional. (thousands of dollars were already paid).

We needed someone to help us with a contract dispute between our family and a business. During our introductory phone call with Jessica, we discussed our approach of trying to resolve the situation on our own and we were willing to negotiation to a mutually acceptable outcome. After several weeks of trying, the business continued to refuse to discuss any reasonable resolution. Jessica was direct, thoughtful, extremely well informed on contract law in PA, specifically given our situation was likely outside of the "norm". Furthermore, Jessica's turnaround time on everything we asked was fast and accurate. Although the initial business situation we found ourselves in prior to meeting Jessica was less than favorable, I am a bit ashamed to say that I am glad it happened because now I know a GREAT attorney to help us with the sticky contract situations that sometimes life throws our way. Not only would I recommend Jessica but I know we would not hesitate working with her again if the need arises.

I initially consulted with this lawyer and firm for a landlord tenant issue. I signed an agreement and paid the retainer. I was told that day this lawyer would message opposing counsel and get started right away. Well that was over two weeks ago and i get an email stating “We have been advised this morning that we have a conflict in this matter that did not show up during our initial conflict check. As such, our firm unfortunately won’t be able to represent you. ” This whole time i’m thinking this lawyer was working diligently for me to find out not one thing has been done. To top it all off... I then received an email from opposing counsels lawyer stating the first response this lawyer provided was that she never represented me. Now i have court shortly and i’m out the money and representation after trusting this firm.
