Mr. Baltuch answered our questions and explained complex concepts in layman’s terms that were easy to understand. With great professionalism, he provided excellent service and quick responses to bring the process to a successful conclusion.

My family and I called Mr. Baltuch for a consultation after my Father had suffered a stroke and also has an aggressive stage of dementia. At the point of his stroke we knew he would need professional 24/7 care we could never provide for him at home. Daniel gave me all possible options that were available during the consultation call and I had no doubt Daniel knew his profession very well and we decided on hiring him. Right from the start he guided me along the way with every step taken to accomplish our goal. He also replied quickly to all E-mail, Phone Calls, Faxes, and everything was explained in detail and easy to understand. He definitely made my future brighter because there was an estate involved, nursing home expenses, and he did all Medicaid application foot work and negotiations with Medicaid approval as the end result. He kept my 88 yr old Mother under the roof my Father worked so hard for. There were some negative financial obstacles along the way but Daniel made the negatives into positives. Mr. Baltuch touched me and my family's lives in one way or another. Very professional at what he does and I also learned a lot along the way. His services was money well spent. Daniel did a wonderful job handling my parents estate affairs. He worked hard to turn documents around quickly, made calls and connected with the right people to get forms sent to me for signatures - my part was effortless. He was especially great at negotiating for decisions to be made in my favor. I felt like I could count on him to make things happen. He was also easily accessible, quick to reply to emails/phone calls and incredibly efficient, getting work completed very quickly. Daniel also does a nice job explaining complicated legal language, spelling out concepts in laymen's language so I was always completely on board with what we were doing.
