I was involved in a terrible car accident – broadsided by another driver. I suffered serious injuries that caused me to lose work and my medical bills were piling up. Lacking with information for clients not in the litigation process, if you have a case going through civil court your probably better off, if you are able to settle out and not need any litigation within a court room at least in my friends experience information seems hard to get. She settled September of last year and in the year since the accident case settled things aren't yet wrapped up.
