Him and his team will fail you. Countless unorganized phone calls. Over a year into a case sends an email stating “I recommend you find another lawyer” after offering a bare minimum settlement for a roll over accident requiring PT for months.

I contacted Brandon Swartz after my father's passing to take over his case. Brandon and team were very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries. Though I knew little about my father's case, the team gave me details and helped me reach settlement quickly and easily. Given that this was an estate case, settling sooner than later was certainly preferred. I appreciate the help I received from Brandon and team.

My case was handled out of the NY office by Brett Zuckerman because the accident occurred in NY. However, I lived hundreds of miles away in another state. Mr. Zuckerman was courteous, professional, and remained in constant communication with me even after I returned home. He negotiated the maximum settlement without going to court (something I wanted to avoid) in a matter of months. Overall, I was very happy to work with him, and should the need arise (and I hope it doesn't), I would be happy to work with him again.
