Chris and Jean are awesome to work with. My parents-in-law, who are in their 80s, were injured by a car (sun blinded) while walking on a pedestrian crossing. They were quite stressed about how to proceed with the case. Fortunately we found Chris. Chris clearly laid out each step of the case and what are the possible outcomes and then guided us through the whole process with tremendous amount of patience and compassion. Chris and Jean always kept us up-to-date with the progress, helped with acquiring the necessary documents from the hospital, doctors, insurance, etc. and even took the time to visit my in-laws to deliver files.
