I have never experienced the appalling character of an attorney like Brandon Swartz. He is not the type attorney who needs to handle injury cases. He does not care or represent the good of the client. I am in touch with the Bar to investigate his behavior and ethics. Choose someone else, he is a HORRIBLE PERSON!!

I was was represented by Anthony Giannetti who was very nice and for being my first auto accident injury he guided me through every step. He came to me due to my injury, and was nothing but polite and respectful to me, I had so many questions and felt dumb but he told me there is nothing wrong with asking. I got advances (3) very quickly due to my situation. They do care about their clients and are helpful. I am waiting on my 2 checks, **will update further after I get them**

My experience with Swartz and Swartz was out right just horrible, they were very unprofessional, nasty and straight not for me they were to busy arguing back and fourth with me the client than actually handling my case in a professional and timely manner! They only care about the money not the clients and Brandon A Swartz watch out for him he’s out to make the client feel low and uneducated and like he’s above your case and maybe even you, which is business so please be advise on using this law firm because once again their not here for you only there for the money and power of their own needs! A very unfriendly law firm!

I would never use this law firm again they agreed upon and very low settlement without involving me and then sent my money to the wrong address and when I try to get my address updated it took them several weeks to do it and when I called them back they've just transferred me to a line that had no answering machine or anything this is by far the worst Law Firm that I know of and I've only used one other before in my life

the staff worked hard and gathered the facts. I was very happy with the outcome. Brandon was always available for the smallest of questions. Highly recommend Schwartz Culleton
