My experience with SC is a little different than most clients. The morning of injury, I had stopped in a store on the way to work, I wasn’t staring down at the ground (as we shouldn’t need to). I slipped and fell hard due to a puddle of water from a refrigeration unit. I suffered a debilitating knee injury that required surgery and a very long rehab, just a couple months after I began working at SC., In a blink, being a new employee, a new homeowner, a single mom of 4 young boys, then this serious injury that had me laid up for months, our lives turned to chaos. Still on the ground, I called my new employer, Brandon Swartz. From that moment, I knew me and my kids were in the most capable and competent hands. The attorneys and staff told me not to worry as they represented/assisted/supported me during the entire process of litigating my case. The store and other venders were found liable in my case as they should have. The Property owners were found responsible since management allowed a wet floor causing me to slip and fall with no appropriate measures put into place to remedy the situation or warn people of the hazardous area. Because of SC’s knowledge and experience, they successfully litigated my case. I can attest that the attorneys here at SC, work diligently on all cases equally from the smallest of cases to the most complicated ones. Thank you all for working so hard on my case!!

This being my first and only suit, I was confused and felt I could have gotten more information from the team. Although you need patience, it was quite a waiting game. They did their best to my knowledge and overall, the process and outcome happened faster than I could have hoped.
