I got hurt 7/2021 over a year ago. I’m waiting on a trial because the settlement offered was just ridiculous and the lawyers going to trial with my case. I need surgery on my wrist and have no insurance to cover it. I’m hoping trial will be before my 2nd year. I send emails and 98% been answered. Hoping for a good outcome !

Do yourself a huge favor…Find another law firm…You will have almost zero contact with your attorney…They will just spend whatever money they think is needed even when it isn’t needed…Then just bill you something ridiculous…By the time you get a settlement if you’re lucky…They will have basically finessed you out of way more money than your agreed upon amount

I'm in big hopes that attorney Schwartz will work as hard as I know he has been continuously! He has forwarded extra cash for me to help me out with some of my bills because I'm not able to work after the accident. I have local attorneys who do the same thing but he came forward and said I will take your case and he's been working hard on it. Thank you a very very much for everything you have done for me sir.
