Although I worked for attorneys for eons, I never worked for a car accident attorney. After an accident that left me injured, all anyone asked me was "have you seen a lawyer?" I come from the mid-state, where we - at least used to be - known for avoiding conflict. Within mere weeks of the deadline for filing suit, I had reconnected with an acquaintance who strongly encouraged me to reach out to Jeff Wong. I've since been told by friends in the auto accident world that I'm lucky I found someone to take the case that close to the deadline. I immediately liked Jeff; I was impressed with his manner and frankness. But, my case was not rocket science (although it was tricky with me unknowingly being a bit at fault) and I was turned over to Adam Fein. Working in a law firm, I knew the routine - for lower level cases, you work with an associate while the partner supervises. But, I couldn't have found a better team and I discovered many times while working with Adam that he actually knew (and remembered!) my case and my injuries better than I did at times - no mean feat with his caseload. Adam was always super responsive and patient with all my questions and I felt truly valued as a client with every interaction. Although I may have questioned some decisions, I never doubted and always trusted Adam-Jeff's intellect and experience - the reason people hire lawyers. While no attorney can guarantee the outcome of a case and no award can restore someone's health, Adam-Jeff did obtain an award in my-my husband's favor and we are grateful for the time and money they invested to win.
