Ms Elgart handled a family matter for me. Throughout the process I always felt that she was truly concerned with my well being. She approached my case with an objective mind, yet always was supportive. She certainly made the process easier for me. I would also add that she was very efficient, getting everything done in very good time. She was always available for questions and I felt well informed throughout the entire proceeding.
