After 2 years of ”representation” I was sent a letter of rejection letter, 3 months before my statute of limitations. Someone got paid. I went to therapy, testing, and mri missing work, just to be told after 2 years, that they won't represent me. Thanks for wasting my time. The doctors got paid everyone got paid except for the client, me. Never again. So.ething sneaky going on here

Everyone was nice and the settlement was fast

I am still waiting my settlement disbursement since June 2018, this place is not responsive when I was trying to find out what happened to my money after months of waiting and tried to find an answer, not easy and very frustrated. Do your research when finding a law firm to represent your case. I will update see how long this guys will keep our money. update: after almost 4 months of waiting, finally received settlement check. I wish they can put more passion to their practice and have someone follow through the process. This law firm has a lot of people working for them, if they don't have a good follow up system, your case can be lost somewhere in the pipeline. Anyways, good luck!

I was rear ended in 2016. I called Morgan and Morgan. They transferred me to Simon and Simon. From understanding the case have been settled. I have not seen a dime of the money yet. I would like to start a clas action lawsuit against this firm. In box me.

This law firm took my case and in a unprofessional way they just recently sent me an e-mail versus a phone call to tell me that theyre rejecting my lawsuit and they're not going to represent me and no reason was given to me and one of my questions in the beginning when I first contacted this law firm was if they thought they can work with this case and I got a positive answer now all of a sudden all this time has been wasted and they only send me an email versus a phone call which I would have considered a profession way to tell me that they cannot continue with my case now all this time has been wasted and I have to start all over again looking for a law firm that's willing to take my case all the way through

Have no complaints, they went beyond to work out a fair amount. Would use them again , if necessary.

Ok i read a lot of the review on here thinking ..hey that wont happen to me. Let me give these guys a chance. Boy should i have trusted my gut. Simon and Simon lead me on for 5 months when all of a sudden....BAM they email saying were no longer representing you. At least give me the common courtesy of a phone call. They did not even explain why they dropped me. Nor did they responded back to my voicemail or phone call. One thing i noticed is that i don't know if anyone is familiar with there area of Philadelphia but i had a virtual office for my business with that same exact address but just a different Suite number. Could they be working out of their home and using a virtual office as the main address? Hmmm..sounds like a rinky dink operation to me. Another thing is that 2 months after the accident they called me and asked me for the police report. How do you call the client ask for the police report and im paying you do do all that work. Sorry Simon and Simon but all of this are bad business practices to me. You guys need to get it together.

They were very accurate and to the point and wAlked me through every detail provided me with assistance every time I needed it .I recommend them to anyone who likes to keep it simple, hassle, and stress free thanks Simon and Simon and staff ☺🌹🎉

I'm being very honest in writing this review. My husband was rear ended while sitting at a red light on January 6, 2016. I contacted a law firm who previously represented myself. They in turn connected us with Simon and Simon. After reviewing my husband's case of course they said they could help. It was a big company vehicle that hit my husband's vehicle. Everything was pretty much routine and we understood that it would take some time for the case to settle. When it did my husband was please with the outcome despite a few hiccups along the way. The reason we have not given the 5 stars is we have yet to receive any money. We know there are people to be paid but he was told two weeks, then another two weeks, well it's been a month and a half since those two weeks and they won't call him back. They are a decent when it comes to fighting for you, but poor communication and time management. My husband will update when monies are received.

The worst law firm ever. They don’t mind sending you to their doctors knowing very well that they have no interest in your case . No one knows anything in their office and lying when they don’t know the answer is their MO. Can you imagine spending 3 weeks thinking that you have a lawyer? Only after my insurance told me that they never received anything from my lawyer did I found out that they decided they were not going to represent me.The worst unprofessional people ever.
