With my limited tort case they were very effiecent and directed me what to do the whole time. Any thing I needed to get to them they understand if it took me time due to my injuries. Communication was constant. Treated me like I was the most important case any time I was at office or on phone

Poor communication, snippy paralegals, you can't get a hold of your assigned attorney. After the case settled, they refused to send me the distribution.
