My experience with Simon &Simon was very good. They certainly know what and how to get the best job done for their clients. Even if it takes a little longer, it is always worth the extra time and money. They treated me always with kindness and respect. Answered all my concerns and questions about everything. I dont know how anyone gave them 5 stars. I was hit by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign into me, totaled my car, injured my back. I never spoke to an attorney about the case They rarely answer the phone. The only time I heard from an actual lawyer was when they sent me a letter stating they can't help me. 18 months later. They did the same thing to my daughter. Don't expect to hear anything before 18 months.YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Like a previous user stated the worse! I've been trying to get a discharge letter for over a week now and Kelce refuses to answer my calls as she screens them. I had to call from a different number on 3 way to get an answer to request for a discharge letter that was a week ago. Not only that if your vehicle is damaged don't expect them to help get the other insurance to pay you for the damages they are lazy and want to do the minimal just for personal injuries and their therapist suck too. No wifi in 2024 smh stay clear you may not get anything recovered.
