A very awful law firm, they are horrible, they never return messages/phone calls. They won't give you any updates for months. They'd basically rob you of your settlement, in my case, I was involved in an auto accident in 2019 and it just got settlement after almost 3 years for $22,500. Medical bills was $2,610 and they only gave me a pittance of $3,59.42 as my settlement. They basically pocketed $16,393 as legal and attorney fees. I've left them series of messages to register my displeasure but they've ignored me. They basically took 90% of my settlement, they take advantage of their clients. I'm yet to file a lawsuit. Please beware and stay away from this law firm .!!

It has taken 4 years to settle this case. I was notified via letters from the 2 insurance companies involved with the truck that hit me. The settlement was sent out to the Simon & Simon office on Feb 20th. As of today, May 1st, I haven't received any money, 9 weeks later. My daughter died Dec 6th and I'm now raising her daughter. I asked Andrew if he could expedite and he said he would, he understood my plight and knows that I'm up against it. Now they won't answer the phone or return calls from voice messages when I try to find out the status. I don't know what to think of this firm... 5/15/2023 Still no check, no communication. Can't get a human on the phones nor a call back . In reading the other reviews I see that this waiting and lack of communication is a consistent complaint of clients. This is just wrong. I'm hoping potential clients take the time to check out the reviews.

Mr. Green is a professional on every level. He is fair, upfront, honest, sincere, and has handled my case out of the highest concern for not myself, but my son. This is a great firm that helped me with my car accident and they made sure the process was very easy to handle.

I was working with Megan B., all was good until an issue regarding the MRI. It was mostly the spine center I was originally going to that created the problem but the entire time I was in communication with Megan asking what I should do she kept saying they were working on it or would schedule me with a different place if they could. For months that’s what she told me, then one day she calls and leaves a message then when I called back 15 minutes later I got a message saying she was out of office for a week. During that time they sent me a letter saying that they were dropping my case because they couldn’t get in contact with me and because I didn’t get the MRI done. I was the main one reaching out to them for updates & have never let more than a day go by before returning a phone call if it was missed and she kept telling me they were working on it. I’ve had to quit my job over the injuries and now I have no way of being compensated and because of the time that has passed since the accident no one else will pick up my case. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Simon and Simon did an awesome job for me. They not only had the insurance company of the woman who hit me pay, they even had my own insurance company compensate me for my pain and suffering.
