I would like to give Simon and Simon 5 stars because I felt like I was handled with CARE. I was stopped at a red light when a distracted driver rammed into my vehicle FULL FORCE!!! This driver severely damaged my neck. I contacted TOP DOG Law and they put my case in the hands of Simon and Simon. That was the BEST thing that they could have done for me. I say that because after the medical benefits were exhausted from the car accident that I was in, the pain that I was in daily brought me to TEARS! But, Simon and Simon were on top of things!! They referred me to a pain management doctor that helped me to manage my pain so that I could resume carrying out my daily life activities. The medical treatment that I received from that doctor has me forever GRATEFUL!! This law firm is very responsive! Within minutes of me emailing or texting them someone was calling me back or had responded to my email. I felt like I was their only client! And on the few occasions that I had to call into the office, they had their phone system setup for me to speak directly to the person that was handling that portion of my case at the time. And I am able to move on with my life. I think that Simon and Simon specializes in helping accident victims that have limited tort. So, if you have limited tort car insurance, but were hurt in a car accident chose them!! They will fight hard for you. And you do not have to pay anything unless you win. Just keep in mind that this is their job. So, if they file a lawsuit in your behalf their cut is 40%. That hurts a little bit. But, you will be better off WHEN you win because you had professional representation.
