This law firm is racist and descriminates based on personal opinions without review of police reports or insurance documents. If you are a white single woman over the age of 40 RUN!!! These men will harass not help you with any legal issue!!! Call the board for proper referral.

All the (5) star reviews are lie. I’ve been waiting for over a yr and keep getting the run around. They don’t answer the phone. They never know what’s going on or when they act like they do it’s always just a couple more months. I regret ever using this law firm. Please believe the people with the low reviews. Find someone else. I wish they could walk a day in my shoes. They even told me the filed the paper work in the wrong county and their still trying to get my medical records. Simon and Simon is a corrupt law firm. Just remember every dog has their day.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! most rediculous law firm I’ve ever experienced & a major waste of my time . I didn’t do my research on them being I got referred to them from a very good lawyer . They had me drive to Philadelphia multiple times , cost me $30 in tolls back and forth to go to their bootleg MRI places . Had me drive an hour away for chiropractor services that hurt me rather then do me any good . Now almost A YEAR after my accident they send me a letter in the mail stating they cannot represent me , A YEAR LATER . Without explanation as to why , I’ve reached out multiple times to findout why and never got a reply , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also during my whole case , everytime I called I always got a different person , or a different person emailing me . Like the saying goes “ to many hands in the pot “ . Don’t waste your time with them !

My case goes back to July 2018. I have not received any phone calls from them and every time I call it's a different person. The insurance company keep making attempts to speak to them, left several messages and no one has return calls or emails. I will NOT recommend this firm to anybody.
