Cant get them on the phone never call back. Will be taking my case to another firm.

My experience with Simon & Simon was absolutely wonderful. From the very first Phone call to the day of the settlement it was pure professionalism and a very knowledgeable staff.

Would not Recommend, after 3 yrs fighting a case that I was Not At Fault, they had me settle for pocket change. A 50k + case I walked out with 500.$ yes you read right 5 0 0.$ was all I got after 3 yrs of fighting a case that I was NOT at FAULT. This was very frustrating....

Simon & Simon proved to be an exceptional team of people. I was impressed with their professional and courteous staff. I would strongly recommend them for any personal injury claim. In my case I believe I received much more than originally thought. They were through and stayed in contact during a long process. Worthwhile for sure. Very fair and honest distribution of the Settlement funds.

Go to a new laywer!!! Don’t go to them Everything went good until now.. they called me kept me updated on my case each time... if I had a question they got right back to me never a problem with that. It’s been 2 years since the accident it just got settled not that long ago. Just waiting on my check now. I tried to see if it came or anything but no one called me back or even emailed me ... we will see how much I get I got settled for 20,000$ I only been to therapy 11 times since I was pregnant at the time of my accident . I have no other medical bills so I don’t want to hear that I did or do.... we will see the out come ... I’ll keep you updated...don’t go to them, out of 20,000$ I walked away with 8000.00$ they took almost 3000$ for some laywer that I don’t even know or never met! They referred me to spinal care which I only went like less then 10 times! And they got me down for at least 30 I was pregnant at the time 8 months at that so I couldn’t do much at the therapy place! Waste of time for the past 2 years

Simon & Simon, PC was fantastic in handling my case. I was referred by a family member and called them after I got into an auto accident. Their staff was very thorough and made me feel comfortable despite the lengthy process. I would definitely recommend them!
