I would love to thank simon & simon for everything!

DO NOT USE !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY !!! CON ARTIST FOR SURE !!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS !!!

A bunch of shysters. Michael and father are typical crooked attorneys. I did $100,000.00 worth of medical work for their clients and they pocketed money owed to me. AVOID these guys, because all these patients/clients are now in collections because of their actions.

My experience with them was better than I expected. I hope to do business with them again because they live up to their ethical standards. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to them.

I enjoyed working with Simon & Simon especially with Ray Tarnowski. He handled my case very well and I always felt I was in good hands. He took care of me in a long deposition and made me feel very comfortable. I would use and recommend him and this company.

Besides not getting anyone on the phone. They lost a very important slip and fall case due to not presenting enough info for my defense on purpose. Smh. Not a good look for lawfirm at all.

The worst.stay clear

I chose this law firm in early 2015 without doing my research. I've never sued anyone but I was rearended and got 8 messed up discs in my back and neck. This company was great with everything except getting me my money. The case was settled in December 2017 and they received my settlement check on January 3rd 2018 but proceeded to tell me they had to wait for insurance to bills for them or I'd have to pay it out of my money. I was originally informed I'd have my check by early January of 2018. They told me about 10 different times of when I would have my money and they kept saying "next week, next week, 2 weeks from now, next month". It's been almost 4 months and I haven't received my check yet. Also they take 40 percent of your check and it didn't even go to court. Do your research before you pick a company to work with and don't pick this one. Once they get their money, they DO NOT rush to get you yours and they don't even call to communicate what's going on. You'll be doing all the leg work and it's very frustrating.
