Simom&Simon is a fony, they will lie, disceive, put different lawyers on your case so you'll b confuse, they can become very negligent when their overwhelmed with cases, they will smile in your face and betray you behind your backs, don't trust them. No one should ever trust anyone affiliated with Simom&Simon they are sceemrs , liars, frauds suckers who hide behind their desk after cheating people out of their money while they send the young immature handicapped people from a low wet level than what their on to do their dirty work at the end of your settlement, now I see why they have to be in a secured building with security

Worst experience ever. I had a very simple case. My foot was impaled by a piece of metal lodged in a shoe in a major Sporting Goods store (I was pregnant at the time) I took all the proper precautions by notifying a store manager, filing an accident report with the store, and going directly to the hospital. Simon and Simon was at first attentive. But it was a downward spiral from there. My foot was infected and eventually needed surgery which obviously made my case/lawsuit bigger as far as compensation(You would think). This office is inundated with clients... calls are rarely returned and everyone is confused about who you are. They sent me 2 hrs out of my way to THE WRONG APPOINTMENT. They somehow lost my arbitration and got me a small settlement which they promptly ate up with "extra charges" even though we never went to trial. THEY DO NOT TAKE 30% IT'S MORE LIKE 75%. To say I was heartbroken when I saw the check is an understatement. It was such a slap in the face. The brightside is I learned a lesson. Always read reviews. The only positive ones on them are written BY THEM posing as clients.

THEY ARE THE WORST LAW FIRM EVERY ITS OKAY GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND THEY ARE GOING TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO SO MANY COUNTLESS OTHERS.

I would never work with them again . They didn't get me the money I deserve. They actually took most of my money left me with almost nothing. I was so disappointed with the ended results.

Do not use Simon Simon they will take your money and lie to you . Mark Simon and his lawyers are liars and they will to 85% of your check and you sign for 35% don't use.

They are the worst law firm ever. Dont ever let them represent your case what so ever. Theyre a bunch of skeem artists thatll skeem you for your money that youre suppose to be compensated for. On top of everything they took over 3 years for a settlement less than 10,000 dollars. Definitely not the law firm you wanna go with. Trust and believe me or you will witness it yourself.

I signed papers in JANUARY saying that my check was going to be disbursed in 90-120 days, it is now NOVEMBER and still no check. They are claiming that they are waiting for child support...I have had sole custody of my children their whole life. They are paying "WELFARE" anything I owe and Hospital Bills that never occured. Please if you love yourself don't use them. They are doing the SAME thing to a girl I met at their office! I filed another suit with Spivack and Spivack and I got that one and it occured 2 years after this one!!!!!!! SPIVACK AND SPIVAK ON WALNUT STREET IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF!
