I was referred to them by another attorney. I spoke with Allysa Steel who ask for my file from my previous attorney I took my file to the post office and I told her expect it by that Thursday. I didn’t want to bother them until a few days later I called and ask if that had my file and someone other than allysa told me yes we have it they were reviewing my case to see if they wanted to represent my case. So I gave it another day call back and they told me they basically couldn’t represent me. I said ok that’s fine could you send my file back that I mailed to you, someone besides allysa indicated that they don’t have a file just a PDF file that my previous lawyers sent. So I’m like scratching my head because I have the receipt from the PO in hand with their address on it so I know for a fact this wasn’t my imagination any how my lawyer couldn’t send anything because I nvr even gave them his information just the file and of course his info was in that. So long story short they have my ENTIRE FILE from my accident and it must be lost or because they didn’t take me as a client so maybe they threw it out!!! I will never know they insist I nvr sent it or anything. This sucks because I fired my last lawyer and was referred to Simon & Simon because my case is pretty complicated. I have NO luck and it sucks because I should’ve been able to win my case but I hired the wrong people and didn’t know what to do and what not to do. Someone hit me and now I suffer from medical injuries and damages to my vehicle. Simon and Simon are frauds and if they can’t use you they throw you out like trash. Just like they did my file.

I had such a great experience with Simon and Simon services the team that assisted me were great and I truly want to think Harry and Kristin and Shawn for being so nice.

I only gave them one star because I had to if I wanted to write a review. They dropped my case after working on it from November 2018-August 2019 and not communicating with me since February 2019. They claimed they didn’t think my case would get much money! At the time I was 8 months pregnant and going to therapy 1-2 times a weeks for 6 months. They’re very unprofessional. And they give you a gift card when you settle your case for you to give them a good review on here! Don’t believe any of these good reviews! They’re terrible
