Having a complex set of circumstances Dave was compassionate and honest giving the much needed understanding and sincerity I needed. He was always there when I reached out to him and had my best interests at heart. I have great respect and gratitude for all he has done.

I was facing simple assault and harassment charges from an altercation where I was only defending myself. The current lawyer I had for my case was not doing a sufficient job in guiding me in the right direction and was telling me to take the plea bargain. I refused, as I knew I did not commit the crime.
